Oh, I’m sure they’ll take it back! Disney is usually generally good with their customer service.Any suggestions about how to approach it? Should I ask the fan page on facebook if they’d take back a doll I have opened and reboxed, or should I just try to send it back and not mention that I opened it? Or go through customer service on DisneyStore.com?
I suggest you go through customer service on DisneyStore.com. The few times I’ve dealt with them, they’ve been really friendly and helpful. I mean, you aren’t pleased with your purchase. They have to do something.
Yeah…but I feel guilty that I deboxed it and put it back in… And I also feel guilty that I’m not happy with my purchase…haha. But thanks, I’ll give it a shot.
Trust me, it’s way more important that you’re pleased with your purchase. I’m sure a lot of people have deboxed dolls and then changed their minds. Good luck!
