Oh, I’m sure they’ll take it back! Disney is usually generally good with their customer service.

Any suggestions about how to approach it? Should I ask the fan page on facebook if they’d take back a doll I have opened and reboxed, or should I just try to send it back and not mention that I opened it? Or go through customer service on DisneyStore.com?

I suggest you go through customer service on DisneyStore.com. The few times I’ve dealt with them, they’ve been really friendly and helpful. I mean, you aren’t pleased with your purchase. They have to do something.

Yeah…but I feel guilty that I deboxed it and put it back in… And I also feel guilty that I’m not happy with my purchase…haha. But thanks, I’ll give it a shot.

Trust me, it’s way more important that you’re pleased with your purchase. I’m sure a lot of people have deboxed dolls and then changed their minds. Good luck!

"All good books are alike in that they are truer than if they had really happened and after you are finished reading one you will feel that all that happened to you and afterwards it all belongs to you: the good and the bad, the ecstasy, the remorse and sorrow, the people and the places and how the weather was. If you can get so that you can give that to people, then you are a writer."

Young maiden, look at the heart:
The heart of a handsome man

There are hearts that cannot hold
